Or how your strong hand might sweat \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 As you pick up the receiver of the ringing phone, \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Expecting\hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 that after saying "Hi" \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 That one of your college children's voices would end \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 The conversation there \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 For you to \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 For no longer destroying the land. \par \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 The noon hour whistle \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Vibrates the\hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 see, but \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 You feel its stillness \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Stagnating and absorbing \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 The contaminating minerals \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Of the tin, walling in the contents; \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 And still you want to turn on the ig\hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 nition \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 To finish out one more complete day \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 In the twenty-three years here \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Of hard work. \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 The quandary then snaps, and you escape. \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 When out of the valley you enter the truck \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 And close the door-- \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 The second time harder, and it latches. \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 You turn the key \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 An\hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 d the truck bounces to the highway. \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 You stop at the sign; \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Stop the motor while \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Still on the dirt road; \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 But in the end turn left, again, \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2 Home. \par \par \hich\af2\dbch\af13\loch\f2
